At Brewster Safe House, our mission is to create a safe and secure temporary housing facility for survivors of domestic violence.
We provide a range of critical services to survivors seeking refuge from abusive situations. The goal is to create a secure and supportive environment that empowers individuals and families to rebuild their lives.
We offer programs to enhance survivors' skills and provide resources for education and job readiness, fostering financial independence.

Junnecia (Jai) Spates is working hard to save lives and empower people to take their lives back.
Her own experience from an abusive marriage to survivor to thriving in life acts as a way to guide other women facing the same pain, heartbreak, and horror.
She's a beloved mom, sister, friend, and supporter of positive and empowering things. She's the CEO of My Voice Has Power - a Domestic Violence Advocacy and Empowerment firm dedicated to helping others turn their pain into purpose.
